For the record it's not the first time Lambeth have tried it on with me. . . They once tried to issue me with a ticket when I was a mile away from where they said the ticket had been issued. I sent this letter to the Parking Appeals Service. . .

and surprise surprise Lambeth dropped all charges. . .
